No, and that is deliberate. Hosting and the domain are yours, in your name — $60 to $120 USD a year — so the site is genuinely yours. I configure and manage them inside the plan, but the ownership and the invoice are yours.
How many changes can I ask for each month?
The normal changes a business has: text, photos, prices, hours, a new service. If you need a whole new page or an integration, that is quoted separately and I tell you before starting.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, if I can get in and the technical base holds up. Before accepting I review the site and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or rebuilding: keeping a broken site alive is paying monthly for the same problem.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It is month to month, with no 12-month contract and no penalty. If you cancel, the site is still yours and I hand over every access.
