Small business website design and custom development
Fast, findable, and it sells.
Custom website development for small businesses, coded from scratch. No templates and no page builders: every site is written line by line so it loads fast, ranks in Google and turns a visitor into a call, a message or a booked appointment.

What a custom-built site changes
A template ships fast and cheap, and that is a real advantage. Custom code costs more up front and gives you control back: what loads, what gets measured, and what can change later.
No templates
Astro and Tailwind, not a visual builder.
Included from day one
Base technical SEO and measurement, never an add-on.
No middlemen
You talk to the person writing the code.

How every site is built
Six web design and development decisions applied to every project, bilingual website development included. They are not optional and not billed separately: they are what separates professional web development services from a template, and why a custom coded website ships as fast responsive websites.
Static HTML, no database
The site is generated before it is published. There is no database to go down and no server interpreting code on every visit: the file is served and that is it.
AVIF and WebP images
Every photo is served in several sizes and in the modern format the browser supports. It weighs a fraction of a JPG and looks just as sharp.
Self-hosted fonts
Typefaces live on your own domain. No render-blocking calls to third-party servers delaying the first paint on mobile.
schema.org structured data
Business, service, breadcrumbs and FAQs are marked up in a format Google and AI search engines read without having to interpret the design.
Canonicals, hreflang and sitemap
Every page declares its official version and its equivalent in the other language. That is what stops your own pages from competing with each other.
Accessible and on HTTPS
Sufficient contrast, visible keyboard focus, alt text on every image and a security certificate configured before launch.

ProCode's work
Built the bilingual site: eight services with their own cards, a free guide, WhatsApp, FAQs and local SEO.

The need
Showing years of delivered work that only existed as loose photos.
ProCode's work
First, professional email, automations and technical support. Later, the institutional site with nine projects, each with its own entry.
What the businesses already working with me say, with their site's domain so you can check it.

I used to explain my service over and over by message. Now my site does it for me: patients arrive already knowing how I work and book on their own. It gave me back so much time.

Who this is for, and who it is not for
It fits if
You have a working business and want the site to bring in work, not just exist.
You sell several services and need a page for each one.
You serve clients in English and Spanish, or you want to start.
Your current site loads slowly, does not show up in Google, or nobody fills in the form.
You want to talk to the person writing the code, not an account executive.
It does not fit if
You are after the cheapest site on the market: there are twenty-dollar templates and that is a legitimate choice.
You need a web app with users, sessions and an internal dashboard: that is a different kind of project.
You want the site tomorrow. The real minimum is one week, and that is for a landing page.
You expect results without changing anything else: no reviews, no Google profile and no replies, and no website performs miracles.
// not sure which one you need?
If you cannot name what is holding your growth back, do not guess
The Strategic Business Audit starts with your business and your commercial objective, then reviews twelve areas: performance, architecture, conversion, technical SEO, keyword research, content and cannibalization, local presence, competitors, Google and Meta Ads, intake and measurement. Every finding with evidence and classified, and at the end a prioritized strategy with a 30/60/90 roadmap. Quoted after the first meeting, and included as the first phase when you hire a service.
I have been a web developer for 5 years and have worked with international companies. I founded ProCode Systems to bring that same standard to service businesses: I lead every project from start to finish — strategy, design, development, SEO and campaigns — with one person accountable from the first conversation through delivery.
Six pieces every project is built with. Which forms and integrations yours includes depends on the package and is set in writing in the proposal.
01
Custom-coded, not assembled
Every page is built from scratch with Astro and Tailwind. No WordPress template loaded with plugins that break, no visual builder leaving the site heavy.
02
Conversion-focused design
One page for each service you sell, structured to move the visitor from doubt to action: call, message or fill in the form.
03
Real speed, not promises
AVIF and WebP images, self-hosted fonts and no extra JavaScript. On a slow site, part of your visitors leave before it finishes loading.
04
Technical SEO in the code
Structured data, unique metadata per page, sitemap, hreflang and clean URLs. SEO is not installed afterwards: it is written into the site.
05
Genuinely bilingual
A real English and Spanish version on separate URLs, not an automatic translator on top. Your English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients each find their own.
06
Forms and booking connected
Quote forms with the questions you need — area, budget, urgency — plus WhatsApp and calendar wired in. Photo or document upload when the project includes it.

Pick the size of your website, with its base price
The four projects I take on as a small business website developer, what each one includes and its base price. No sales call to see it: the total is confirmed before starting.
Landing Page
From
$349 USD
one-time
Landing page development focused entirely on converting. The right call if you sell one service or you are launching a campaign and need to start now.
Website redesign services for when you have a site that produces nothing: slow, invisible in Google, or nobody fills in the form. It gets rebuilt while keeping the URLs that already rank.
Published prices cover each service's base scope. The total can vary with pages, languages, content, integrations or complexity. We confirm scope and investment before starting. If something falls outside the agreed scope, I tell you the number before doing it, never halfway through.
And after launch? The Web Support plan, from $79 USD a month
It is optional and separate from the one-time payment. Without it the site keeps working: you only pay your provider to renew the domain and hosting, plus any subscription tools you use. If you would rather not deal with it, that plan keeps the page fast, backed up and current, includes three to four minor changes a month and sends you a report of contacts, calls and forms. It is upkeep, not lead generation: it does not bring new clients, it looks after the ones already arriving.
The questions that come up on almost every web development call, answered with the real number and the real timeline.
How much does web development for a small business cost?
A landing page from $349 USD, a 4 to 6 page site from $899 USD and an 8 to 12 page site from $1,499 USD, as one-time payments. Published prices cover each service's base scope. The total can vary with pages, languages, content, integrations or complexity. We confirm scope and investment before starting.
How long does development take?
A landing page, 1 to 2 weeks; a 4 to 6 page site, 2 to 4 weeks; an 8 to 12 page site with integrations, 4 to 6 weeks. The clock starts once I have your copy, photos, access and approvals; if any of those slips, the date moves by the same amount. The delivery date is set in the proposal.
What does the one-time payment cover, and what is separate?
The one-time payment covers design and build, integrating what was agreed (forms, WhatsApp, booking, tracking), testing, launch, review rounds on the agreed scope and initial support after going live. It does not include ongoing monthly improvements or new content every month, nor domain, hosting, email or subscription tools, which you pay each provider. If you want someone to maintain or grow the site afterwards, that is an optional monthly plan: Web Support or Growth+.
What do I need to provide, and what changes the quote?
From you: logo, photos, business details, your list of services, whatever access exists and timely approvals. What moves the quote: the number of pages, a second language and who translates, how much copy has to be written from scratch, integrations (scheduling, payments or other tools), content migration and any special feature. All of it is reviewed before starting and written into the proposal.
Do you use WordPress or templates?
No. Every site is custom-coded with Astro and Tailwind, which generate static HTML. That means no plugins to update, no database to go down and no visual builder leaving extra code behind. If you prefer WordPress because your team already uses it, I will tell you honestly: I am not your best option in that case.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Sites with a blog or sections that change often ship with an admin panel where you write, upload photos and publish without touching code. For copy, price or hours changes, the Web Support plan includes three to four changes a month done by me.
Are domain and hosting included?
Development includes the full setup: domain, hosting, email on your domain, security certificate and going live. You pay the domain and hosting directly to the provider, usually $60 to $120 USD a year; they renew yearly and stay in your name, and professional email may carry its own subscription. I never hold ownership of your site.
I already have a site. Is a rebuild worth it?
It depends on what is failing. If the problem is speed, structure or not showing up in Google, a redesign from $899 USD usually solves it while keeping the URLs that already rank. Book the Express Review and in 20 minutes I will show you what I found, even if you decide not to rebuild.
// the other service
The site is live. Now it needs people on it.
A custom website converts the people who already found you. Digital marketing is what makes more of them find you: local SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, ads and a monthly report of what each channel brought in.
I take on 4 projects a month so each one gets real attention.

Two fields, nothing else: your name and email. I reply by email in under 24 hours with the next step: if I have what I need, the scope and an estimated investment; if not, the questions still open. If your project is not a fit for me, I'll tell you that too.
